On Saturday, June 8, join The Cheese Shop and Glasshalfull for a wine & cheese match up of old world versus new world delights. The legacy makers take on the newbies in this culinary battle.

You'll blind taste eight cheeses and four wines, and will be led on a guided tour of the culinary senses, while discussing each element's taste profiles, how they are made, and key elements of taste and texture. You'll guess which is which (old or new world) and determine the grand champion of cheese and wine at the end!
