On Saturday, June 22, join The Cheese Shop and Glasshalfull for a wine & cheese match up of cheddars! How will England fare against Wisconsin? Ireland versus New England? Cow versus Goat? You'll have to join us and vote with your feet.

You'll blind taste 5-6 cheddars and four wines, and will be led on a guided tour of the culinary senses, while discussing each element's taste profiles, how they are made, and key elements of taste and texture. You'll guess which is which and determine the grand champion of world cheddars at the end!
