On Saturday, May 25, join The Cheese Shop and Glasshalfull for a wine & cheese pairing class that focuses on the importance of place ("terroir"), as the familiar adage tells us: what grows together, goes together.

Learn about key growing regions of Italy and their signature wines and cheeses. You'll taste five cheeses and five wines and will be led on a guided tour of the culinary senses, while discussing each element's taste profiles, how they are made and cared for, the key elements informing their taste and texture, and why they pair together so beautifully.
