On Wednesday, July 26, join The Cheese Shop, Paula de Pano, advanced sommelier and owner of Rocks+Acid Wine Shop, and Belltree Cocktail Club for the ultimate culinary tour, as we travel through the U.S. and perfectly pair its unique cheeses and wines.
Our wine and cheese experts will provide an educational component throughout the dinner to talk through each cheese, accoutrement, and wine; their history, origin, flavor profile, and pairing notes.
Tickets start at $140 per person, including gratuity, tax and food/beverage. A detailed menu will be released ahead of the event and will include the following six courses:
First Course: Cocktail hour at the bar; including cheese, meats, snacks, and cocktails
Main Courses: Four American cheeses showcased with local ingredients as composed plates with expert wine pairings from Paula
Dessert course: A sweet & savory cheese delight to end the meal
