On Wednesday, March 22, join The Cheese Shop, Authentique Vin, and Belltree Cocktail Club for the ultimate culinary Tour de France, as we travel through key regions of France and perfectly pair its unique cheeses and wines.
Our wine and cheese experts will provide an educational component throughout the dinner to talk through each cheese, accoutrement, and wine; their history, origin, flavor profile, and pairing notes.
Tickets are $125 per person (available for purchase here). A detailed menu will be released ahead of the event and will include the following six courses:
First Course: A starter salad with wine pairing
Main Courses: Four French cheeses, paired accoutrements (e.g., charcuterie, jam, mustard, pickles, olives, etc.), and French wines
Dessert course: A chocolate and cheese delight to end the meal
