On Saturday, October 14, join The Cheese Shop and Glasshalfull for the perfect class to kickstart party and entertaining season!

We'll bring together our cheesemonger, master cheeseboard maker, and wine expert to talk you through how to make a cheeseboard and pair with wines to please your guests from patio party to New Year's Eve bash.

This class will include an overview of the five different types of cheeses, how to pair them with wines, and how to choose wines and cheeses that will please a crowd. The second half of the class will include an interactive session where you are given 4-5 cheeses and a selection of accoutrements to make your very own cheese plate based on what you learned in class, including how to cut cheese properly, fold meats, and arrange all components to create a beautiful display. The class will also include a tasting flight of four wines.

Tickets are $100 per person plus tax.
